“I’m so excited for this trip.” Rachel said as she put on her iPod and played her road trip playlist. “Are you excited, Beth?”
“Yes, Mama.” The nine year old said as she was looking into her mother’s purse.
“What are you doing back there?”
“Nothing.”
“What did I tell you about lying?”
“That it’s bad and I shouldn’t do it.”
“Are you putting lipstick on again? Take that off now!”
“But mom-“
“Elizabeth Berry-Fabray!”
Beth rolled her eyes but did what her mom said.
